HOW MANY GUESTS CAN LA GALA HOLD?

We offer two primary spaces for rental purposes, catering to various events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and birthday celebrations.

Ballroom: Can accommodate up to 450 guests seated. For a wedding ceremony in a church-style setting, approximately 250 guests can be accommodated.

Showroom: Can accommodate up to 120 guests seated. For a wedding ceremony in a church-style setting, approximately 60 guests can be accommodated.

DO YOU OFFER CATERING?

La Gala is a full-service venue that provides an extensive menu selection, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Our versatile chef can also create customized options and off-menu dishes to cater to your specific preferences. We also offer off-site catering - contact us for more information!

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

When renting a room at La Gala, you will have access to the space from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, providing ample time for setup and cleanup. We also provide all necessary furniture, including a diverse range of tables and chairs. Our selection includes 6 foot plastic tables, 8-foot wooden tables, and conference chairs, as well as elegant gold chiavari chairs.

DO YOU PROVIDE AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE FOR WEDDINGS?

ARE YOU LICENSED TO PROVIDE ALCOHOL SERVICES?

Yes, we are. We can provide on-site and off-site bartending and alcohol services. We have a variety of packages we offer for the bar to suit your needs!

IS DINNERWARE INCLUDED?

Yes, dinnerware such as linen napkins, ceramic plates, silverware, and goblets are included with our food packages.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A DJ OR A LIVE BAND?

We can definitely accommodate a live band and/or DJ. Reach out to your event coordinator for a list of our preferred entertainment vendors.

DO YOU HAVE A SOUND SYSTEM/MICROPHONE?

We offer a sound system with two wireless microphones as an additional rental. For additional audio and video, we also offer a projector/screen, podium, and stage if needed for your presentation.

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

There are two parking lots on either side of our building that are available to park in. There is also a parking garage across the street from us that holds 700 cars and is free parking!
