With roots in the hospitality industry, Laurie's journey began in her parents' restaurant, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.


Graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in biology, Laurie's analytical skills and attention to detail shine through in her event planning endeavors. Inspired by her own wedding planning experience, Laurie brings a personal touch to every event she orchestrates, ensuring that each moment is filled with magic and meaning.


Blake Isaacs:


A dynamic force in event management, Blake's path led him through the halls of the University of Kentucky, where he honed his skills in Marketing and Management. With a background in the bar industry, Blake brings a unique perspective to his role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on experience to craft unforgettable events. 



Tia Geter:


With four years of experience as a manager in the event industry, Tia's journey began during her college days at MTSU, where she discovered her passion for event management. Armed with a degree in Interactive Media and a minor in Marketing, Tia seamlessly blends creativity with strategic thinking to craft unforgettable experiences. Her dedication to excellence and innate ability to connect with clients and vendors make her an asset to our event team.

What's your favorite part about being an event manager?


Laurie: Seeing the events come together from start to finish.

Blake: Being a part of people's important days.

Tia: Meeting new people and seeing their creative side. 


What's your favorite part of the event planning process: brainstorming, logistics, or execution?


Laurie: Brainstorming and final meetings.

Blake: Logistics and back end before the event.

Tia: Execution, I am more of a day-of person.


If you could plan any type of event, regardless of budget or logistics, what would it be?


Laurie: Wedding.

Blake: Charity or Nonprofit.

Tia: Birthday Party.


If you could plan an event for any celebrity or historical figure, who would it be and why?


Laurie: Kardashians, they go all out with basically no budget. Like their Christmas winter wonderland is a dream.

Blake: Mike Tomlin, he would be a good client. He is very detail-oriented and a good leader.

Tia: Drake’s 50th birthday party, it would be a star-studded event.


If you weren't an event manager, what career path do you think you would have pursued?


Laurie: Healthcare because of my education background.

Blake: Sports Agent.

Tia: Crime Scene Detective.


What's your favorite event trend right now?


Laurie: Bold Colorful Weddings, I love when people switch up from the traditional.

Blake: Simpler, more efficient weddings instead of the grand productions. 

Tia: The film photography style that has been popular for weddings.


What's your ultimate goal when planning an event, besides ensuring it runs smoothly?


Laurie: Do so well we get referrals or rebookings.

Blake: Customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction.

Tia: Having the customer feel like it was money well spent in this economy.
